To Create a Team:
1. Go to Register
2. Click the Register button
3. Select "Team Captains - Create a Team"
4. Create a team name and password
5. Supply the team name and password to your teammates
Join an Existing Team
1. Go to Register
2. Click the Register button
3. Accept waiver
4. Select your team from the drop down menu
5. Enter your team password (supplied by your team captain)
6. Complete your individual registration
